高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课的教学要取得令人满意的效果,关键在于将党和国家的培养目标与学生成长成才的需要有机统一。高校要创建理论教学、能力训练和实践能力培养相结合的教学模式,丰富教学内容,高度重视社会主义荣辱观教育,突出爱国主义教育的永恒主题,加强诚信教育,吸收马克思主义中国化研究的最新成果;在把握学生关心的"热点"、"难点"问题时,可采取"专题式"、"辩论式"、"案例式"或"讨论式"等教学方式;在教学方法上采用"讲、议、看、行、问"五环教学法。

To achieve the success education effect of the cause of 《Ideological ＆ Moral Cultivation and the Fundamentals of Law》, the key is to have teaching objectives align with students＇ needs for development.
