摘要
在分析回采工作面常规搬家技术与双通道搬家技术的基础上,提出了用于大采高综采工作面的单通道搬家技术。介绍了单通道回撤系统、工艺特点及单通道安装系统的布置方式;采用有限差分数值计算软件FLAC 3.3模拟了回撤通道与回采工作面不同距离时的围岩应力、变形与破坏范围。结果表明,单通道搬家技术系统简单,搬家时间短,费用低,且无搬家煤柱损失。
Based on the analysis on the conventional removing technology and the double channel removing technology for the mechanized coal mining face, the paper provided the single channel removing technology for the mechanized coal mining face equipment. The paper introduced the single channel withdrawing system and technical features, and the layout of the single channel installation system. The surrounding rock stress, deformation and failure of the removing channel with different distance to the coal mining face with the finite difference numerical calculation software FLAC 3.3 were simulated. The results showed that single channel removing technology is simple in system, short in removing time, low in cost and has no coal pillar lost for the equipment removing.
