摘要 针对煤层自燃火灾的特点,自制出了一种低成本、高性能的树脂。自制的树脂以玉米淀粉和丙烯基单体为主要原料,根据自由基聚合反应机理,在引发剂及交联剂作用下淀粉与丙烯基单体进行接枝共聚反应制得树脂。通过对这种树脂的水溶性、黏性等特性进行研究,以及对树脂与清水灭火试验进行对比,分析得出,该吸水性树脂具有脱水速率慢,有效期较长,黏弹性较高,灭火时间短等灭火特性。 According to the seam spontaneous combustion features, a low cost and high performance resin was independently prepared. The independently prepared resin was made of cornstarch and propylene group monomer as the main raw material. Based on the free radical polymerization reaction mechanism, under the function of the initiator and the cross-linker, the resin was prepared with cornstarch and propylene group monomer with the graft copolymerization reaction. With the research on the water-solubility, viscosity and other features of the resin and with the comparison between the resin and water fire extinguishing test, the paper analyzed that the hygroscopic resin could have a slow dehydrating rate, a long effective period, a high sticky and elasticity, a short fire extinguishing time and other fire extinguishing features.
