摘要 为了进一步发挥支架电液控制系统的性能,充分展示支架电液控制系统的优势,在多年研究的基础上,系统地阐述了支架电液控制系统在国内外的应用状况及目前影响和制约国产支架电液控制系统使用和性能发挥的几个方面。提出了制定电液控制系统相关元部件生产制造统一标准、统一过滤元件行业标准及建立电液控制系统工作面主动预防与被动过滤防护相结合的清洁度控制体系的重要性,建立健全过滤防护体系,进一步发挥国产支架电液控制系统性能。 In order to further play the performances of the electric and hydraulic control system in the hydraulic powered support and to fully show the advantages of the electric and hydraulic control system in the hydraulic powered support, the paper systematically stated the application status of the electric and hydraulic control system in the hydraulic powered support at home and abroad based on the many years research. Meanwhile the paper stated the several factors influenced and restricted to the application and performances of the domestic electric and hydraulic control system. The paper proposed to set up the general standard for the related part manufacturing and the general filtration part standard for the electric and hydraulic control system. The paper also stated the significance to set up the clean control system in combined with the active prevention and passive filtration protection for the electric and hydraulic control system in the coal mining face. A well approved filtration prevention system shall be set up which could ensure to further play the performances of the domestic electric and hydraulic control system.
