摘要
采用离心铸造工艺制得WC/废弃GCr15钢复合材料,借助金相分析、X射线衍射等方法分析了试样的显微组织。结果表明:基体为细小的珠光体组织,同时基体中析出大量的细小Cr23C6、WC等碳化物颗粒,碳化物主要为枝状或骨骼状共晶碳化物、网状分布的二次碳化物和大块状碳化物,重点分析了各自的形成机理。
WC/discarded GCr15 steel composites were prepared by centrifugal casting. The microstructure was analyzed by the use of optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the matrix is composed of fine pearlite, where there are many free Cr23C6 and WC particles precipitating. The carbides precipitated in the forms of dendritic or skeleton structure, netlike structure and large blocked structure. Their forming mechanism was analyzed respectively.
