摘要
简述EPON的概念及历史,并从基础理论与规范完善、EPON的关键技术点及其器件的研发等3个方面探讨了EPON关键技术,最后结合工作实践提出了EPON技术在有线电视中的应用典范。
This article depicts briefly the conception and history of EPON. It analyses the EPON key technology on three sides： EPON theoretics, development of technology and electric component. From working practice, it brings forward the EPON applications type for CATV Network.
