结合广播电视局的实际需要,利用视频压缩卡和视频管理软件(windvr),设计并实现了一套适用于电视新闻节目自动录制和播放系统,并成功投入使用。该系统操作简单,工作稳定可靠、效果良好。

To meet the need of Broadcast Television Bureau, the video compression cards and video management software （windvr） are used to design a set of automatically recording and playing systems which are applicable to television news and programs. The systems are successfully put into use, with the advantage of easy operation, reliable working and good effects.
