摘要
利用高效液相色谱法考察了pH对丹酚酸B水溶液稳定性的影响,并考察了几种添加剂对提高丹酚酸B水溶液稳定性的作用。结果表明,弱酸性环境有利于丹酚酸B的稳定,强酸及碱性环境中,丹酚酸B均发生分解。抗坏血酸的加入有利于提高丹酚酸B的稳定性,而亚硫酸氢钠和硫代硫酸钠反而加速了丹酚酸B的分解。
The effect of pH and additives on the stability of salvianolic acid B was studied by HPLC. The result indicated that salvianolic acid B was stable in weak acid, but prone to decompose in strong acid and alkaline; Vc could improve the stability of salvianolic acid B, otherwise NaHSO3 and Na2S2O3 accelerate its decomposition.
