摘要
用非质子性有机溶剂作为反应体系,采用单因素和正交试验研究了溶剂、时间、质量浓度、投料比和温度对复合物形成的影响。采用红外光谱鉴定复合物的形成,采用正辛醇-水体系分析复合物的表观油/水分配系数。结果表明,复合物制备条件反应溶剂为四氢呋喃,反应时间为50 min,丹酚酸B的质量浓度为2 mg/mL,反应投料比为1∶0.8,反应温度为55℃。红外光谱分析确认了复合物的形成,复合物表观油/水分配系数测定表明,丹酚酸B和卵磷脂的复合提高了丹酚酸B的脂质溶解性能。
The reaction conditions for the preparation of salvianolic acid B-lecithin complex were examined in non-proton organic solvent. The optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of salvianolic acid B was 2 mg/mL, the ratio of salvianolic acid B and lecithin was 1 : 0.8 in the solvent of tetrahydrofuran, and the reaction was performed at 55 ℃ for 50 min. Physicochemical properties of complex were analyzed by infrared spectrum. The dissolve capacity was analyzed by studying the apparent oil/water partition coefficient of complex, which showed that the composite of salvianolie acid B and lecithin improved the lipid solubility of salvianolic acid B.
