摘要
以2-甲基-1,4-萘醌和香叶基里那醇为原料,无水ZnCl2为催化剂,采用傅-克烷基化反应合成了维生素K2。考察了原料与催化剂的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间及醋酸投加量对维生素K2收率的影响。结果表明,在n(2-甲基-1,4-萘醌)∶n(香叶基里那醇)∶n(ZnCl2)=1∶1.8∶1,反应温度50℃,反应时间2 h,醋酸投加量为0.8 mmol的条件下,维生素K2一次收率达55.80%。
Vitamin K2 was synthesized from 2-Methyl-1,4-Naphthalenedione and Geranyl linalool with dry ZnCl2 as catalyzer by Friedel-Crafts alkylation. The results showed that the optimal conditions are: molar ratio of ZnCl2 and Geranyl linalool to 2-Methyl-1,4-Naphthalenedione 1 : 1.8 : 1, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 2 h and the concentration of CHaCOOH 0.8 mmol. The yield of Vitamin K2 was 55.80%.
