摘要
目前,SF6气体以其良好的物理化学性能广泛的应用于电气设备中,但水分的存在会对SF6气体电气性能及设备本身产生影响。文章探讨了如何对SF6气体中的水分进行测试及控制。
At present, SF6 is widely used in a variety of electric devices due to it's excellent chemical performance. However, the existence of moisture in SF6 will do harm to the chemical performance of it and electric devices. In this thesis the emphasis is put on how the moisture in SF6 can be controlled and detected.
