水泵并联选型及节能运行相关问题探讨 被引量:8

摘要 根据冷热水系统的流量及系统最不利阻力损失的特点,综合管路性能和水泵性能,分析了循环水泵并联特点和选型方法,特别分析并联水泵选型过程中的问题:水泵流量和扬程附加量的合理取值;并联水泵系统部分负荷采用部分水泵运行时,水泵的运行效率和电机超载性.从满足工况要求和节能的角度,按照闭式水系统和开式水系统管路特性的各自特点,分别用计算实例说明不同水泵系统变频节能调速的计算方法、特点以及注意的事项,进一步分析并联水泵变频调速系统的特点及适应性问题. Based on the maxium pressure drop and flow rate of cold water system and hot water symtem, and combined the characteristics of pipeline and pump, features and selection methods of parallel pump were discussed. Some problems such as the reasonable value of pump flow rate and additional lift, running efficiency of pumps and overloading of the motors when the part of pumps is working are specially analysed. Calculation examples were given to illustrate the frequency control for pump energy saving according the requirements of the working condition and characteristic of closed loop and open loop water systems. The features and adaptability of the frequency control was also dicussed.
