摘要
针对汽车涂装车间全新风空调的特点,提出了利用i-d图的多工况分区控制策略,在不同工况下,启动相应的温度及湿度控制曲线.采用欧陆2604控制器和MCGS组态软件设计开发了温湿度高精度控制系统,经过调试和运行达到了预期的功能要求,积累了宝贵经验.
According to character of full fresh air condition for automobile paint workshop, multiple district control strategy is proposed based on i-d chart. Under varied conditions, the corresponding temperature and humidity control curve are applied, and the high-precision temperature and humidity control system is designed which is based on European 2604 controller and MCGS configuration software and the anticipative control effect is reached.
