摘要
随着房地产市场运行机制的不断完善,房地产行业逐步走向成熟与理智.在日趋精明与理性的消费者面前,一些明智的开发商已充分意识到品牌建设是企业占领市场、提高市场占有份额的重要手段,是企业做大做强的重要保证.房地产行业已经进入品牌竞争阶段,迫切需要进行房地产品牌的深入研究,并针对目前所存在的一些问题提出了相应的对策.
With the improvement of the real estate market operational mechanisms, the real estate industry is gradually mature and rational. Facing more and more smart and rational consumers, some wise developers have been fully aware that brand building is an important means of occupying enterprise market, increasing market share and the important guarantee of making the enterprises bigger and stronger. The real estate industry has entered into the brand competition stage. It is the urgent need for in-depth study of the real estate brands. In this paper, the real estate brand building status is analysed. Some countermeasures corresponding the current problems of the real estate are proposed.
