摘要
涡轮导叶可转给流量的调节提供了更大的自由度,同时也改变了涡轮的特性。本文利用本研究所长期积累和实践验证可靠性较强的变几何涡轮特性计算程序,对某典型发动机的四级动力涡轮可转导叶转动不同角度后的特性进行了计算和分析,获得了不同导叶级转角对动力涡轮特性影响的关系曲线。其中也分析了导叶可转后引起的端部间隙所带来的影响。计算分析表明:可转导叶的间隙损失会受到叶型几何角变化的影响,在导叶关小时的间隙损失高于导叶开大时的间隙损失;另外由分析可知,对于需要在大范围工况条件下稳定工作的涡轮来说,可以考虑采用多级导叶可转的机构。
Variable geometry turbines provide a large degree of flexibility in flow management but the characteristics of turbine are changed. Based on a complete calculating method and program of non - dimensional characteristics of turbine stages, a general variable geometry' s char- acteristics network of multistage turbine for different guide vane's setting angle ~a have been calculated. The effect of guide vane's end - wall clearance was taken into account during the calculation. Results show that the guide vane's tip clearance loss could be effected by profile geo- metric angle. Compared to rum down the geometric angle, the loss is much higher when it is turned up. In addition, multiple stage' s guide vane pivoting could be used in the turbine which should be work stably at a large range of offdesign according to the research.
