非洲菊杂交F_1代瓶插寿命遗传变异研究 被引量:3

摘要 以6个非洲菊流行品种5个组合5个F1代为供试材料,在自然条件下对其进行瓶插试验。结果表明,不仅亲本和子代间的瓶插寿命差异明显,而且同一子代不同单株间的瓶插寿命也十分复杂。皇冠第Ⅰ时期的瓶插寿命最长,为18.1 d。不同采摘时期对非洲菊的瓶插寿命影响较大,皇冠瓶插寿命对采摘时期非常敏感,而温馨对采摘时期则要求不严。总体来说,第Ⅰ采摘时期比第Ⅱ采摘时期的瓶插寿命要长。 In this study, six popular C, erbera varieties and their hybrids had been taken to test their vase life under natural conditions. The results showed that not only parents and offspring but also the different plants in the same offspring showed obvious differences in the vase life. The vase life of Crown in the first period was the longest, which was 18.1 days. The picking time had a great impact on the vase life of C, erbera, Crown' s vase life was very sensitive to picking time, while Wenxin' s vase life was lax to picking time. Generally speaking, the vase life of the first picked period was longer than that of the second period.
