摘要
在高中体育与健康课程标准的目标框架下,构建高中健身知识技能教材内容。其内容以健身方法和法则为主线,把适合于健身运动的各种身体运动项目,经用健身的法则和方法处理后,使之成为健身知识技能的教材内容,并与营养、卫生措施、生活制度、自然力、心态调适等进行整合。在内容的安排上,按高中生身心发展规律及学段要求由浅入深,螺旋式排列,重复出现,扩展开来。
Under the framework of objectives in sport and health curriculum standard for high school students, the author constructed contents in fitness knowledge and skill textbooks for high school students. The contents are mainly fitness methods and rules. After having been processed by fitness methods and rules, various physical exercise events suitable for fitness are turned into contents in fitness knowledge and skill textbooks, and integrated with adjustment of nutrition, sanitary measures, living systems, natural forces and mental conditions. The contents are arranged in a spirally repeated and expanded way from easy to difficult according to patterns of physical and mental development of high school students.
