不同地域茶叶EGCG含量差异研究

Study on the Difference of EGCG Content of Teas in Different Regions

本文比较研究了长沙高桥镇、云南思茅和福建福安三地茶叶EGCG含量,以及东山峰不同海拔高度茶叶EGCG的含量。研究结果表明:湖南东山峰为加工高EGCG茶的适宜地域,其中东山峰海拔800m左右的EGCG含量最高。

This paper studied on the difference of EGCG content of teas in different regions,Gaoqiao Town of Hunan province ,Simao city of Yunnan province and Fu ＇an city of Fujian province,and also the effect of altitude on EGCG content was researched in Dong Shan Feng Mountain.The results indicate that Dong Shan Feng is the good plce ot process high EGCG tea and the altitude around 800m achieves the highest level of EGCG content.
