透痹转气法对类风湿关节炎关节滑膜AQP1表达的影响

Effect of Toubi Zhuanqi on expression of AQP1 in the articular synovium of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察透痹转气法(TBZQ)对类风湿关节炎(RA)疗效及对水通道蛋白1(AQP1)的影响。方法:研究对象25例,RA组10例为活动期RA有膝关节肿痛者,OA组15例为膝关节骨性关节炎患者。RA组应用透痹转气法治疗1疗程(3月),治疗2疗程后观察临床疗效及CRP、RF等指标变化。检测RA组治疗前、后及OA组治疗前关节滑膜AQP1基因表达。结果:RA组临床症状明显改善,炎症指标明显降低(P<0.05);AQP1在膝关节滑膜细胞有表达,治疗前RA组较OA组表达增强,治疗后RA组增强的表达下调(P<0.05)。结论:透痹转气法明显改善RA患者的症状,降低炎症指标;AQP1高表达可能是RA关节肿痛机制之一。

Objective：To observe the effect of Toubi Zhuanqi in treating active rhettmatoid arthritis （RA） and effect on the aquaporinl （AQP1） of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 25 cases were divided into two groups. The RA group was 10 cases and was treated with Toubi Zhuanqi （TBZQ） for six months as two therapeutic course. The OA group was 15 cases. The targets included clinical curative effects, CRP,ESR et al. Gene expression of AQP1 in the articular synovium were observed. Results： The TBZQ was effective and can improve the joint symptoms. The RA group gene expression of AQP1 was markedly increase as compare to that in the OA group and decrease after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TBZQ could be improve the joint function and symptom of patients with RA. The mechanism maybe reduce the expression of AQP1.
