摘要
针对传统PID控制方法很难保证在刻绘材质发生变化时以稳定速度运转的问题,根据刻绘机的控制特性提出PID参数自适应控制方法.该方法增加PID参数自调整功能,对刻绘机所处的不同状态实现PID参数的在线自适应控制.该方法比传统PID控制方法具有更好的控制效果和更强的鲁棒性.构建仿真数学模型并用Matlab仿真,结果表明该方法能使刻绘机的电机在受到不同阻力的条件下稳定工作.
With the problem that the traditional PID control methods are very difficult to ensure a stable speed of carving machine when the material varies, the parameter-adaptive PID control method is proposed according to the control characteristics of carving machine. In the method, the PID parameters can be self-adjusted and the online parameter-adaptive PID control in different system status is implemented. The method has better control effect and stronger robustness than the traditional PID control methods. The mathematical model is built and is simulated by Matlab. And the simulation result indicates that the motor of carving machine can stably work under different resistance by using the method.
