摘要
随着我国信息化的深入,对应用技术型人才的需求不断增加,要求也越来越高。但目前的IT教育却陷入困境,培养的学生不能满足社会的需求。文章首先分析了IT人才培养所面临的主要问题,针对存在问题探讨了IT人才培养模式改革方向,并提出了动态模块化课程体系设置、实训培养、认证考核等IT教育的新模式。
With the rapid development of informationization in China, the demand on technology-based personnel is growing higher and higher. However, the current IT education is in trouble, the training of students can' t meet the needs of the society. In this paper, major issues that IT personnel training is facing is analyzed, in light of the existing problems of the IT personnel training model the direction of reform is discussed, a dynamic modular curriculum system is proposed, and other new models sueh as practical training and certification examination are described.
