摘要
目的建立测定山楂西洋参疏肝口崩片中西洋参总皂苷含量的紫外分光光度法。方法以人参皂苷Rg1为对照品,香草醛-冰醋酸溶液-高氯酸溶液为显色剂,测定波长为540nm。结果人参皂苷Rg1的含量在19.32~120.75μg范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.36%,RSD=1.76%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,能准确测定山楂西洋参疏肝口崩片中总皂苷的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total saponin in Fructus Crataegi Panaxquinque folium Shugan Orally Disintegrating Tablet by UV. Methods Ginsenoside Rg1 was used as control. Vanillic aldehyde- glacial acetic acid- perchloric acid soloution was used as visualization reagent. The detection wavelength was at 540 nm. Results The absorbency and concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 had good linearity in the range of 19.32 - 120. 75 μg ( r =0. 999 7). The average recovery rate was 99.36%, RSD = 1.76% ( n =6). Conclusion The method is easy with high accuracy and good reproducibility. It can be applied to determine total saponin in Fructus Crataegi Panax Quinquefolium Shugan Orally Disintegrating Tablet accurately.
