摘要
客家源自中原,携带着正统中原文化的客家先民移居南方后,受到移居地自然环境、生活方式和当地土著文化的影响,在与当地畲、瑶等氏族部落文化的相互碰撞融合过程中,逐渐形成了独具特色的客家文化。本文以期通过对几种客家饮食的剖析,探寻客家饮食文化背后所蕴涵的深层文化意味:来自先辈的祖根意识是客家人无法违逆的一种心结,客家人在接受当地食材现实的同时,非常巧妙地利用了食物制作方式上的相似性,圆了自己的思乡情结,找到了以他乡为故乡的情感契合点。
Hakka is from the Central Plains. The Hakka ancestors carrying orthodox culture of Central Plains moved to south,as influenced by the natural environment,lifestyle and the local indigenous cultural,collided and integrated with the culture of local She,Yao and other clan tribal,gradually formed a unique Hakka culture. In this paper,with a view through the analysis of several Hakka food,the deepseated culture implication behind Hakka food culture is explored:the ancestral roots awareness from the ancestors of the Hakka is kind of Heart Know that they can not violate,the Hakkas cleverly use the similar food production methods with the local ingredients to fulfill their feelings of homesick,and then find an emotional affinity of considering abroad as home.
