富含共轭亚油酸的食用油免疫调节功能试验研究

摘要 目的国外已经有富含共轭亚油酸的食用油商品。为了使共轭亚油酸在我国得到广泛的应用,进行富含共轭亚油酸的食用油免疫调节作用的试验研究。方法按0.50、1.00、1.50g/kg.bw共轭亚油酸的剂量,采用SPF昆明种小鼠连续给予受试物一个月,与空白组进行比较。结果1)低、中、高剂量组能明显增强ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力;2)低、中剂量组能明显增强二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应;3)低、中剂量组能明显升高小鼠血清溶血素含量;4)低、中剂量组能明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能;5)低、中剂量组能明显增强小鼠碳廓清能力;6)低、中剂量组能明显增强抗体生成细胞能力;7)低、中剂量组能明显增强小鼠NK细胞活性。结论富含共轭亚油酸的食用油具有显著的免疫调节作用。 Purpose:Tbere have been products rich in the edible oil of Conjugate Linoleic Acid in Janpan. In order to enlarge the use of Conjugate Linoleie Acid in China,we engaged on the testing research on the Edible Oil's Regulating Function of Immunity of Conjugate Linoleeic Acid.Method:Apply continuously 0.50,1.00,1.50g/kg.bw dosage to SPF Kunming species young mouse for one month. And then,compare with the vacancy group.Result:(1)Low,middle and high dosage group can obviously increase the hyperplasia function of lien lymphocyte of young mouse induced by ConA; (2) Low,middle dosage group can obviously increase delayed allergic reaction of young mouse induced by DNFB; (3) Low middle dosage group can obviously increase the content of serolysin of young mouse ;(4) Low,middle dosage group can obviously enhance the function of cavity macrophage and Jihong macrophage of young mouse; (5) Low,middle dosage group can obviously enhance the function of (碳廓清) of young mouse; (6) Low,middle dosage group can obviously enhance the function of generating cell of antibody;(7) Low,middle dosage group can obviously increase the activity of NK cell of young mouse. Conclusion:Edible Oil Contained rich Conjugate linoleic acid has a function of regulating immunity.
