Economic efficiency of enterprises is the fundamental starting point enterprises in all economic activity. In this paper, I will light of reality, from increasing revenue, reduce costs, and safety management and human resources development in four areas briefly on how to improve economic efficiency, speed up the rail transport of coal enterprises within the development.
