论化工职业教育与江苏制造业人力资源的链接

On the Link between Chemical Vocational Education and the Human Resources of the Manufacturing Industries in Jiangsu Province

随着"入世"后江苏制造业市场的扩大,产业结构发生了重大变化,生产过程由劳动密集型向技术密集型迅速转化,对技术型、高层次、复合型人才提出了更高的要求。化工职业院校与区域制造业之间的良性互动,使职业院校在学生能力的培养和企业对从业人员能力要求上达成"共识",从而形成了职业教育与区域制造业的"无缝对接"。

After China＇s entry in WTO, the share expanding and provincial industrial structure has from a labor-intensive process into a technology of the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province keeps also greatly changed, i.e. production is quickly changing intensive one, and the process makes higher demands for skillful, technological and inter-disciplinary talents. The virtuous interaction between chemical vocational colleges and regional manufacturing industries may produce a ＂consensus＂ between the education of vocational school students and the requirements of company employees, hence the ＂seamless joint＂ between vocational education and regional manufacturing industries.
