摘要
研究了三种不同的结合剂对钢包砖性能的影响。实验表明:树脂结合的机压钢包砖碳含量在1%左右,而无机结合剂F50和E08不会向钢包砖引入另外的碳,适应了钢包无碳化发展趋势。无机结合剂F50在铝镁质钢包砖上使用,提高了钢包砖的高温强度,同时不影响铝镁质钢包砖的抗渣性和热震稳定性。无机结合剂E08在镁铝质钢包砖上使用,不影响镁铝镁质钢包砖的抗渣性和热震稳定性。
Several experiments were carried out to determine the effects of three kinds of anchoring agents on the performance of ladle brick lining. The results showed :mechanically pressed ladle brick, when added with resin, contains 1% or so carbon. On the contrary, the ladle brick, when binded with inorganic anchoring agents F50 and f08, contains no additional carbon, which fits the current development trend of ladle non-carbonization. Besides, the use of F50 and F08 will improve Al/Mg ladle brick heat-resistance, with no effect on slag resistance and antiheat/antishock stability.
