摘要
内源性激励是较之一般激励更直接、更充分、更持久、更经济的激励方式。为了探讨大学生社会实践指导教师内源性激励的规律,借助管理心理学中的激励理论,在调查统计分析的基础上,建立了大学生社会实践指导教师内源性激励模型,据此提出了改善大学生社会实践指导教师内源性激励的对策。
Compared with common incentive, incentive from work is more direct ,more comprehensive ,more durable and more economical. In order to inquire the regular pattern of incentive from work of teachers in university students'social practice, according to Victor H. Vroom' s expectation theory, Robert House' s synthetic incentive model, Hackman and Oldham' s work characteric model, on the basis of investigation statistics and analysis, we establish a model for teachers in university students' social practice and put up with solutions of it.
