Competitive system has extended to the field of education, and how to strengthen the financial potency management has become an important subject for higher vocational colleges to improve school-running benefit. The paper analyzed the problems as well as causes of present financial potency management,and then proposed correspondent countermeasures, aiming at enhancing the financial potency and competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
