摘要
讨论了《煤炭市场营销》相关课程体系建设的五大方面,即课程体系建设理念、相关课程体系、课程体系组织建设、质量监控与激励和约束机制.理念遵循"大商科"及应用型人才培养方针,体系涵盖理论、知识、实务三大部分,组织建设重在培养领军人物,质量监控重在建立监控体系,约束与激励重在落实有关硬性与软性规定.
In this paper, five points in the systematic course construction are discussed. They are namely curriculum building ideas, course system, curriculum organization, quality control and incentive and restraint mechanisms. Following the concept of cultivation of all - round commercial talents with practical operation skills, course system should cover basic theories, knowledge applications and practices; curriculum organization should most of all find out leaders; quality control should emphasize the monitoring system establishment; constraints and incentives should implement both rigid and soft relevant pro visions issued by the authorities.
