摘要
通过RT-PCR获得猪Ghrelin基因的cDNA片段,克隆入pcDNA3.1(+)质粒中构建真核表达质粒,将质粒注射到断奶的昆明小鼠的后腿肌肉中,研究Ghrelin真核表达质粒对小鼠生长的影响。结果表明,试验组小鼠在试验第10、20、35d的增重高于对照组,而在试验结束的第46d增重无显著差异。说明Ghrelin基因真核表达质粒有促进小鼠生长的作用。
The cDNA of pGhrelin was amplified by RT-PCR and was cloned into the pcDNA3.1 (+) to construct the eu- karyotic expression vector. The vector was injected to hind legs' muscle of rat. The result showed that rat growth was im- proved after the injection of vector at 10, 20, 35 d post-injection in the treatment rats was higher (P^0.05) than that of con- trol, but the rat weight at 46 d post-injection in the treatment rats was not obviously improved. It suggests that the eukaryotic expression vector has the ability to promote the growth of rats.
