摘要
对二极管电流方程在实际应用中存在的问题进行了分析。实验表明,二极管电流方程中的m值是随正向电压、电流变化而变化的量。对于锗二极管,m存在一个最小值,对于硅管,m值随正向电压与电流的增大而增大。
On the diode current equation in the experimental application of the existing problems are analyzed. Experiments show that, diodes in the current equation m value is the forward voltage and current of the quantity of change for germanium diodes, m there is a minimum, the silicone tube, m value with positive voltage and current increases.
