摘要
以陕北的主要农作物绿豆(Phaseolus radiatus)为材料,采用5个不同浓度梯度的聚乙二醇来处理绿豆幼苗,以模拟不同强度的水分胁迫条件,探究不同强度的水分胁迫对绿豆抗氧化物质的影响。结果表明,当聚乙二醇胁迫浓度为0~10%时,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)均呈小幅下降的趋势。当胁迫浓度为10%时,酶活性达到最低值,丙二醛的含量达到最小。当其胁迫浓度超过10%时候,酶活性开始升高,且在不同的胁迫程度下,酶活力的升高幅度有所不同,丙二醛的含量一直呈上升的趋势。当其胁迫浓度超过20%时候,酶活力开始下降。
This research takes Northern Shaanxi's staple crop phaseolus radiatus as concentration of PEG - 6000 to process the phaseolus radiatus seedling, simulating a material, using five different the different intensity of water stress. So as to inquire into the effect of different intensity of water stress on the anti-oxidase of phaseolus radiatus. The result indicated that the activity of protective enzyme appears a tendency of small drop when the PEG density is between 0 - 10%, and when the PEG concentration is 10%, the enzyme activity achieves the minimum value. When the PEG density surpasses 10%, the enzyme activity starts to elevate. Also in different stages of water stress, the elevating speed of the enzyme is differently. When the PEG concentration surpasses 20%, the enzyme activity starts to drop. The content of membrane lipid peroxidation product MDA appears a tendency of a slow drop when the PEG density lowers than 10%, but when the PEG density surpasses 10% its content rises rapidly.
