摘要
在文献资料研究的基础上,对机体的免疫系统功能相对于运动后产生一系列的适应变化进行研究,并对其产生的机制进行了探讨,为进一步认识与研究运动训练对免疫系统的影响有一个总体的认识。
On the basis of the materials the paper summarizes adapatations of exercise on immune function and explores their mechanisms in order to provide a whole knowledge for forward knowing and studying effects of exercise training on immune system.
