Management Civilization, a Standard of Selecting Management System and Measuring Management Level——A Study on China's Civilization, Culture and System in Management

管理体制旨在"构建"社会管理过程,管理文化却潜移默化地"化成"社会管理过程,而管理文明则完成对这个过程的历史度量。本文通过剖析中国管理文化的历史发展特征及其管理功能的文明缺陷,进而揭示中国的管理体制与管理文化的不协调,其矛盾的根源则是中国管理文明的落后。

Management system is undertaken to set up a social management process, while management culture causes the formation of social management process imperceptibly, and management civilization is the historical measure of this process. This paper analyzes the historical characteristics of China＇ s management culture and the civilization flaw in its management functions, and further reveals the inconsistency of China＇ s management system and management culture, whose source is the backwardness of China＇ s management civilization.
