摘要
目前部分高校过分依靠制度化的刚性科研管理方式制约了教师科研工作积极性的发挥,而柔性管理是一种以人为本、突出人性的管理方式,它顺应高校科研工作的特殊性,尊重教师的情感需求,积极开发教师的潜能,增强管理制度的弹性,提高管理的效益,更好地促进学校管理目标的实现。
Nowadays, the rigid management in some colleges and universities which overemphasizes systems has restricted the enthusiasm and initiative of the teachers in scientific research. On the contrary, the flexible management is a human-centered model of management, which adapts to the speciality of scientific research in colleges and universities and meets the needs of teachers in emotion. In fact, the flexible management may actively develop the teachers' potential, strengthen the flexibility of management, and improve the efficiency of management so that the management goals of colleges and universities can be realized more easily.
