聚丙烯薄壁件的注塑成型工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了一套典型PP薄壁件的注塑成型特点,提出了缺陷的解决办法。发现通过调整热流道各部分温度可以有效改善注塑时充填不平衡现象;通过适当提高定模温度、降低动模温度可以解决制品粘定模的问题;PP薄壁件注射采用高压和中、高速进行一阶注射,并以时间转保压,能得到更为良好的制品;背压一般比普通件的要高,以提高射出制品的稳定性;冷却采用储前冷却更有利。 Features of injection processing of PP thin-wall products are discussed and solutions are offered. It is pointed out that unbalanced filling can be improved by adjusting temperatures of each part in hot-runner. In order to prevent articles from sticking stationary mold, the stationary mold temperature should be increased and the movable mold temperature should be decreased. To get good products, it is advisable to use one-step injection with high pressure, and middle or high speed, and transform holding pressure. To improve the stability of products, back pressure of thin-wall products is higher than that of ordinary products. Meanwhile, it is better to start the cool-down segment before preparing materials.
