摘要
本文探索了溶液在较低过饱和度下,利用声波法产生符合工业生产要求的晶核的可能性。试验以蔗糖溶液为主要研究对象。文章重点论述了声波成核作用的机理,简单介绍了试验设备,列出了较多的实验数据,对试验结果和今后发展前景作了讨论。
In the sucrose solution of lower supersaturation,the possibility of forming nuclei by sonic wave which conform with the industrial requirement was investigated. Mechanism of sonic wave nucleation is reviewed elaborately. In this paper,experimental equipment is also briefly described, and experimental data are fully listed.Finally,experimental results and the prospect of this nucleation method are also discussed.
