摘要
通过就地繁殖和迁地繁殖,研究了蛇足石杉的繁殖生物学特性;通过去顶、去枝和去叶等处理研究了它们的萌生能力;并研究了赤霉酸对蛇足石杉生长发育的影响.结果表明:(1)蛇足石杉扦插和压条均能长出新根而成苗,且天然生境繁殖结果优于人工环境;(2)摘除顶芽部位2年内仍未长出新芽;(3)赤霉酸处理对植株生长影响不显著;(4)芽胞繁殖2年生苗高度为6 cm左右;(5)在碱性土壤蛇足石杉多数会死亡;(6)在天然生境对蛇足石杉进行扦插、压条和芽胞繁殖是三种较好的繁殖方法.
By the methods of propagating Huperzia serrata in its habitat and in artificial environment, the propagation bionomics of Huperzia serrata was researched; and by the treatments of extirpating terminal bud, branch or leaf, its germination ability was studied. In addition, the effect of gibberellic acid ( GA3 ) to the development of Huperzia serrata was researched, too. The result shows that: (1) By the propagation methods of cutting or layering, the new plants of Huperzia serrata with adventitious roots can be developed. (2) The terminal buds can not occur again if they had been extirpated. (3) The effect of GA3 to the growth of Huperzia serrata is not significant. (4) The plant developing from gemmae can grow to about six centimeters in two years. (5) In alkaline soil, most of the plants will wither. (6) Cutting, layering and gemmae multiplication are good methods for propagating Huperzia serrata, especially in its habitat environment.
