舆论监督立法的反思研究

An Introspection of the Current Legislation of the Surveillance of Public Opinion

记者被打的原因是多方面的,舆论监督的立法并不能完全解决好记者被打问题。从立法条件,采访权认识的传统与现状以及我国现行的政治体制的制约等三个方面来看,我国现阶段舆论监督的立法目前似乎还不是很合适,尚须慎重为之。

Beginmng with the phenomenon of the reporter＇s being beat,this paper mainly discussed the rigth of covering,then pointed out that the legislation of the surveillance of public opinion should be done with prudence because the problem of the reporter＇s being beat concemed with many aspects such as other reasons of the reporter＇s being beat which could not be completely solved by the legislation of the surveillance of public opinion; the restriction of the current system of our govemment and the oversea and domestic cognition of the coveting.
