On Ideological and Political Construction of Chief Leaders and Leading Group

长期以来,高校领导班子思想政治建设是中央十分重视的问题。着眼于党政一把手与领导班子思想政治建设的视角进行探讨,从党政一把手的配备、教育、表率、监督以及制度建设等五个方面提出了加强高校领导班子思想政治建设的路径。

The Central Committee has paid special attention to ideological and political construction of leading group in college and university. To strengthen this work,we should focus on the outfit,education,setting good example,supervision and system construction of chief leaders.
