摘要
从文献信息资源共建共享现状出发,分析了文献信息资源共建共享机制的主要内容,即:责任和绩效相统一的管理机制、灵活的人才聘用机制、良好的激励机制、必要的协调机制等。在此基础上,并就文献信息资源共建共享机制的优化提出了相关对策。
This article firstly analyzes the present situation of the information resources, then it analyzes the main content the sharing mechanism of information resources, which are the responsibility poser twists the advantage unification machine-made the management, the nimble talented person hires the mechanism, the good drive mechanism, the coordinated mechanism and so on. In the end, it also proposes the related optimization of resources sharing.
