高硬度、高碱度循环水阻垢缓蚀剂研制与应用

Research and application on compound prescriptions of water treatment agent for high hardness and alkality circulating water

针对高硬度高碱度的水质特点，研制了一种以羟基亚乙基二膦酸、磷酰基丁烷三羧酸、磺酸盐共聚物和Zn^2＋为主要成分的阻垢缓蚀剂ZH-350-YX，在浓缩倍数为3．0～6．0（总硬度1500mg／L、总碱度500mg／L）的条件下，静态阻垢率约85％，缓蚀率大于98％，阻垢缓蚀性能优良。

A kind of compound prescriptions of water treatment agent ZH - 350 - YX is manufactured to solve the problem of scale formation and corrosion in the treatment of high hardness and alkality water. When the concention multiple of circulating cooling water has reached to 3 - 6, total hardness is 1500mg/L and total alkality is 500 mg/L,good scale and corrosion inhibition has been shown by ZH -350 -YX,the rates of scale and corrosion inhibiting are 85% and 98%.
