世贸组织初步裁定"中国汽车零部件进口管理措施案"中方败诉,该案争论的焦点问题依旧是中国的《构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口管理办法》是否违背WTO规则。我国应在WTO的框架下正确运用相关规则维护自身利益,在坚持国家立场的前提下,积极参与该问题的磋商和谈判。同时我国还应大力发展国内汽车产业的自主创新,提高企业市场竞争力。

World Trade Organization （WTO） has made an interim ruling decision that China suffered a defeat in the case of ＂China - - - auto parts＂. The arguments still focused on whether the China＇ s auto imports tariff policy broke the WTO rules. Our country should use WTO rules appropriately to protect ourselves＇ profits. We also should participate actively in the negotiation with all parties according to the dispute settlement procedures. What＇ s more, we need to improve autonomous innovation competence of Chinese Automotive Industry to help domestic enterprises get a higher Commercial competitive capability.
