摘要
机械冲击是集成电路检验中评估元器件特性的关键试验,试验目的是测定元器件能否承受中等程度的冲击,这种冲击是模拟器件在装卸、运输或现场操作中由于突然受力或运动状态的改变而产生的。文章主要分析了集成电路机械冲击试验的原理,论述了冲击加速度值、脉冲持续时间与冲击台底座材料之间的关系,提出试验过程中操作人员应该注意的问题。
The mechanical shock test method is intended to evaluate components for use in electrical equipment. It is intended to determine the compatibility of the components to withstand moderately severe shocks as a result of suddenly applied forces or abrupt change in motion produced by handling, transportation or field operation. In this paper, we analyzed the elements of the Mechanical Shock. It discussed the connection of the peak acceleration, pulse duration and the material of the foundation. The handlers should notice the correlational proceeding.
