摘要
遥控器发射电路以其低成本、高利润的优势,具有广阔的市场前景,并被广泛应用于VCD、DVD、有线电视谐调器、空调、警报系统等各种红外遥控系统中。但由于电路需要与键盘、外部解码线路等功能模块构成一个有机的整体,才能在完成电路正常功能的同时兼具可测性,所以遥控器发射电路的测试具有一定的复杂性。文章着重讨论了遥控器发射电路的测试方法。通过构造外围解码线路,设计并实现了基于数字测试系统HILEVEL570的测试方案,成功、有效地解决了此类电路的测试问题。
Because of lower cost and higher gain,the remote control emitters have capacious market foreground, and are used widely in all kinds of the infrared remote control systems, such as VCD. DVD, television tuners, air-conditions, alarm systems,etc. But as only when the IC makes up of one organic integral body with other function module (such as the keyboard,the periphery decoding circuit,etc), it can run the normal function successfully and has the mensurability,so the testing of the remote control emitter has the considerable complexity. In this paper, we work over about the testing method of remote control emitter. By constructing the periphery decoding circuit, we've designed and carried out the testing scheme based on the digital testing system HILEVEL570, and resolved the testing problems of this kind of circuit successfully.
