试论体育的本质与学校体育的改革

On Essense of Physical Education and Reform of Physical Education in School

随着教育的目标由应试教育转变为素质教育,学校体育也从不同的方面进行改革。体育的本质在于增进人的自然属性的发展,分别从思想观念﹑课程设置﹑教学目标等方面论述当前学校体育改革的方向符和体育的本质。

As the aim of education has been reformed form test-oriented education to quanlityoriented education, school P.E. has been reformed from different aspects. The essence of P.E. lies in the promoting of people＇s natural attribute. The article tries to discuss that the reform of school P.E. should accord with the essence of P.E. from the aspects of idea, setting of curriculm and aim of teaching.
