摘要 目的:探讨和分析不同类型护理本科生的评判性思维能力的现状,为护理教学改革提供基础资料。方法:使用CCTDI量表对护理本科生、该学院护理专升本、其他院校护理专升本学生233名进行问卷调查。结果:①本科生和专升本学生的评判性思维能力总分(243.37±25.50)及各子条目得分(30~40)偏低。②本科生的评判性思维的自信心得分较专升本学生得分高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③其他院校专升本学生寻找真相得分较该学院专升本学生得分高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理本科生评判性思维能力偏低。应合理配置护理专业课程,改进教学方法,加强师资评判性思维能力的培训以不断提高护理本科生的评判性思维能力。 Objective: This study aimed to explore and analyze the crfical thinking of different levels of undergraduate nursing students so as to provide basic data for nursing education reform. Methods: 233 students, including full-time and part-time undergraduate students accepted CCTDI investigation. Results: 0) Total score of critical thinking for the undergraduate students was 243.37± 25.50 and item score was 30- 40. which showed a relatively low level. (1) The score of serf-confidence for full-time students was higher than that of part-time students, which showed a significant and statistic difference (P〈0.05).(3) The score of fact-searching of the part-time students in other school was higher than that in our school, which showed a significant and statistic difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The critical thinking ability of undergraduate students was lower. Nursing special curriculum should be established and education techniques should be improved. Additionally, training to the teachers on critical thinking was necessary for the improvement of the students' critical thinking ability.
