干扰素联合无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

Interferon Combined with Acyclovir for Herpes Simplex Keratitis

目的研究阿昔洛韦眼水和重组人干扰素α-2b眼水治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效。方法将诊断为单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组HSK59例,66眼,滴用阿昔洛韦眼水和重组人干扰素α-2b眼水点眼;对照组HSK34例,35眼,单用阿昔洛韦眼水。比较2组的治愈率、有效率和复发率。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论应用阿昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α-2b眼水治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效更好,复发较低,降低了致盲率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of interferon α-2b and acyclovir eye drops on herpes simplex keratitis （HSK）. Methods The patients with HSK were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group （66 eyes of 59 cases） was treated by acyclovir and interferon α-2b eye drops, and the control group （35 eyes of 34 cases） was treated only by acyclovir eye drops. The cure rate, effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between both groups. Results The curative effect was better and the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The curative effect of acyclovir combined with interferon α-2b eyes drops is better for HSK, and the recurrence rate and blindness rates are lower.
