摘要
动力学分析法以其仪器简单和灵敏度高等特点近年来受到人们的高度重视。但就已经研究的方法而论,大多是催化光度法,催化荧光法报道甚少。催化荧光法测定痕量锰虽有报道,但灵敏度只达到ppb级且选择性差。本文报道一种催化荧光法测定痕量锰的新方法,灵敏度达4.7×10<sup>-11</sup>g/ml,选择性好,可直接应用于许多种样品分析,应用范围广。
A new catalytic fluorescence method has been developed for the determination of manganese. It is based on the catalysis of Mn (Ⅱ) to oxidizing rhodamine B with potassium periodate and 1, 10-phenanthroline as activator in H_3PO_4-KH_2PO_4 buffer solution (pH=2.4). The range of determination for Mn is 0.001—0.12μg/21.2ml. The sensitivity is 0.047ppb. This method was applied directly to the determination of Mn in natural water, human hair and micro amount of Mg alloy with satisfactory results.
